Quality durable material. Not a race thin, but you can feel the compression on thighs. Grippers hold in place very well. Enough padding for your training rides as well. Now you can wear a great pair of tri shorts with your favorite workout top to train in. Didn’t know it had a bunch of pockets for gels or ID.

I'm 5'9" and decided to go with the size S despite the sizing chart because I have around a 28" waist. I couldn't be happier with the fit. The chamois is the perfect density and provides plenty of support for a lengthy ride. Material of the shorts is also super comfy. 10/10
