Mezza features a top zipper clasp cover, 3mm Italian-made quick-dry chamois pad, and generous 4-way stretch fabrics making it ideal for newer athletes.
Summit adds a full-length zipper cover, rear neck ice pocket, and a more compressive, high-wicking fabric, while keeping the same 3mm chamois.
Pro Element includes a full-length zipper cover, rear neck ice pocket, and a gold-standard 2mm-5mm Elastic Interface multi-density chamois pad. It’s built with the ultimate in lightweight, wicking woven fabrics for unmatched speed and performance, and delivers our most compressive race feel to maximize power and efficiency. The soft yet compressive leg fabric integrates seamless leg grippers complete the design for friction-free comfort.

All three suits are finished with a locking YKK zipper for a secure closure on race day.

Mezza — Your Starting Line

The Mezza is where most athletes begin their Varlo journey. It’s built with slightly stretchier Italian fabrics that adapt to a wider range of body shapes, making it ideal for those stepping into their first triathlon.

It features a 3mm quick-dry Italian chamois pad for lightweight support on sprint and Olympic distances, and the butterfly zipper design makes transitions smoother. The Mezza is all about comfort, versatility, and giving you the confidence to focus on the race, not your gear.

Summit — Where Performance Rises

As training gets more serious, so should your gear. The Summit steps things up with higher-grade Italian fabrics that offer more compression for muscle support and improved moisture wicking to keep you cool and dry.

It uses the same 3mm quick-dry Italian chamois pad as the Mezza, but the build’s slightly more sculpted fit gives it a faster, more locked-in feel. It’s the suit for athletes ready to elevate their performance and push past previous limits.

Pro Element — Proven at the Podium

The Pro Element is where innovation meets obsession. This is the exact build worn by Varlo’s professional triathletes and high-performing age group athletes, with numerous podium wins at both the professional and age group levels.

The Pro Element’s advanced lightweight, breathable woven fabric rapidly wicks moisture and reduces drag, delivering a cool, aerodynamic feel and our most compressive race fit for peak performance, delivering unmatched speed and aerodynamics. It features shockingly soft yet compressive leg panels with seamless leg grippers for friction-free comfort, and a 2mm - 5mm Italian Elastic Interface multi-density chamois pad designed for long-distance support.
