Every podium, every breakthrough, every moment of perseverance counts. The Summit Athlete Program recognizes your commitment to excellence — one level, one milestone at a time. There are two achievement tiers designed to celebrate your journey and motivate you to keep climbing.

how it works

Your first milestone on the climb.

Awarded for your first podium finish while representing Team Varlo in your current-year team gear.

Submit your podium photo (the same one you shared on social media) and a screenshot showing you were registered under “Team Varlo” for that race.

Once approved, you’ll receive your official Summit Athlete Pin — a symbol of your effort, dedication, and teamwork.

Available two months after your Tier 1 submission.

Submit a new podium photo and updated registration screenshot to earn your Tier 2 recognition.

Completing Tier 2 earns you the exclusive Summit Athlete Hat — designed as a mark of distinction for those who continue to rise.
