The leggings were a gift for my daughter who is an avid runner. She’s returning them. The fit wasn’t right for her and she didn’t care for the horizontal seam across the back.

Low-waisted

Quality is really good, but these leggings are low-waisted. The seam across the back rides low enough so it tugs on your underwear when you bend over or sit down. I'm not sure I would want to size up from a Small to a Medium because I'm not sure they would be tight enough when running. I'm 5'4", 116 lbs and ordered a small.

Varlo 3/4 leggings are my fave. They fit great, stay in place, have a phone pocket and zipper pocket. I get to think about my workout and not my gear. Buy these!
