If found to have manufacturing defect, we will look to repair or replace (at no cost to the customer) the garment that appears to have manufacturing faults- including seams, hardware and/or material abnormalities.

All our products use premium YKK zippers. Improper use can cause strain on zips and they can wear easily. If the break is deemed a manufacturing fault upon inspection then a replacement or repair can be offered. Please review our care instructions and fully. We have a strict policy to assure that these instructions are followed at all times.
